Please note: if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, click here to access our urgent care online triage system:
- Sudden loss of vision
- Sudden change of vision
- Red or painful eye due to injury
- Red or painful eye with a history of recent eye surgery
- Pain, redness and/or discharge in the eyes or surrounding areas (eyelids, brow areas)
- Sudden onset of light flashes and/or floaters
If you are a new user you will be asked to create a username and password.
Please create one username and password for the head of your family. You can then add other family members to your account once you log in. Only one account is required for each family. If you already have a username and password simply
enter them when asked.
We can direct-bill most major insurance providers
COSTS: Alberta Health will cover comprehensive eye exams each year for ages 18 and under and 65 and over. Our doctors recommend digital imaging which is provided at a cost of $55 for children (optomap only) and $85 for seniors (optomap and OCT screening). Contact lens wearers pay an additional $45. Adults age 19-64 are not covered for eye examinations in Alberta. Cost of the eye exam for adults is $205 ($230 for contact lens wearers). Prices subject to change.
